I was looking on the forum for a spaghetti carbonara recipe and I came across this thread. The video instructions are really good as the steps are clear. I am definately going to try it out this evening. Just need to brave the cold to buy the ingredients. Thanks for the find.

I tried out this recipe that evening and it was delicious. I'm not always very good in the kitchen but I managed to cook this with no mishaps. I sort of ignored the measurements and guessed quantities and it still tasted great so I would definately recommend this to any beginner.

You can also add some add-ons of you like, like seafoods, veges or meats. :)
