Recognise This Little Boy?

Do any of you recognise or remember this person?

He gained phenomina, notoriety fame, recognition, national & worldwide attention several years back! He and his parents came to the U.S. to appear on a morning talk show when he was a baby. He's six years old now. He's much taller than he was back then.

That's all that I can tell you right now. You'll have to guess who he is and what he was so dangerously involved in that nearly took him away from us.

Hint;

He was almost killed in his country. His adorable face and his cute big eyes has captured and melted the hearts of many, mine as well!

And a campaine was launched to try to find out who his parents are. He doesn't remember what happened to him or how he almost died, since he was only a tiny baby when it happened..

But as of today, he's still alive and well, as the pic above shows! Even today, he has those same big eyes and cute adorable face!!

Is that Elian Gonzalez? Not exactly sure on the spelling, but I think that's who it is.

Elian is in his mid teens.

This little boy is only six, but he was dubbed as a miracle baby!

Look at his cute big eyes and nose, and think back to where you might have seen him last.

He was given the nickname, Baby 81. Recognise him now?

Even today, he wants to know why he's called the nicknames he was given as a baby.

But now, he has cute straight black hair and is certainly enjoying his childhood life, as the pics above clearly illistrate, especially the one where he has the cute bright award-winning smile on his face!!!

Yes that is him!! Good job!

He was swept away as a baby, during the tsunami there in late December, '04. He was found lying atop some debris and he was swiftly rescued.

Following that, he was taken to the hospital for observation and to be checked out. Again, thank God, he was given a clean bill of health!

He was quickly given the nickname, Baby 81, so-called because he was the 81st victim to be admited into the hospital. Also, he was nickmaned as the Tsunami Baby. His parents don't like either name and they want to put that behind them.

But the boy will ALWAYS be remembered as a miracle baby, and that will more than likely stick with him for his entire life!

A DNA test was done with him to determine who his biological parents are when a wave of hopefuls came forward to try to claim him. He was happily reunited with his real parents and the rest is history!

He also wants to be a doctor when he grows up.
