Instead of going through the process of sieving through a muslin cloth etc, could you instead put the apples through a juicer and then add the other ingredients?

This is a different kind of apple dessert, but fun and delicious! My son and husband just love it!

DEEP FRIED APPLE SLICES
• 6 large fresh apples (cleaned and cored)
• 3 tbsp sugar
• 3 fresh eggs
• 1 cup flour
• 2 tbsp cinnamon
• vegetable oil for frying
• powdered sugar

Cut apples into ½” slices. Beat eggs. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. Coat each apple slice in the beaten egg then coat in flour mixture. Heat oil to very hot. Fry apple slices until light golden brown. Drain well and sprinkle immediately with powdered sugar. Let cool. Serve with honey for dipping.

Sometimes I'll serve them warm with vanilla ice cream on top. Also, this is great to take with you on picnics or to tailgating games... these apple slices travel really well!

Hope you enjoy!~:D

Oh, that sounds delicious indeed... I'm planning on making this recepy this month when my cousins are coming to visit... I'm sure it will impress everyone at the family reunion. The ingredients are very easy to find, too.
I'm very excited about this! :D
