Hi everyone,

I'm writing a recipes book.. It will have a pretty unique angle to it, definitely healthy recipes. I'm so excited about it!

I have a couple of questions for all you folks that love food.

- Should I write my book in e-book format or in traditional paper book?
- Besides the recipe, what do you like the most in a recipe book about Indian cooking?

I'm interested in ** your ** opinion of what you would prefer, not in what would be convenient for me :)

Many thanks.

Best,
Jug

Hi Juguar. Before I give you my opinion, how about posting some of your Indian recipes on this forum you are thinking of publishing so I can judge if they are suitable. Thats fair, don't you think ?

Write what you like and what recipes you want to share with others. That is what I would do.

If you are excited and passionate about those recipes it will show and people like that.

One of my favorite chefs is G. Garvin. He is into more spicy foods than I normally like. But his passion for both cooking and life comes through on every page. So I always get his cookbooks at the library. I even own one, Make It Super Simple.

I think passion sells. Look at Emeril and Rachel Ray. It is their enthusium that shines through no matter what they are cooking.
