And even there, solicitation is not allowed.

The trick is to try to catch them and stop them before they go too far.

When a spammer like that signs up here to begin posting, and the very first one is a spamming solicitation one, then you can pretty much figure out and know right away what his or her intentions are.

Aren't they reading the agreement page before they signup? What part of this are they not getting?! You can pretty much fix arguments, but you just can't fix idiocy and stupidity!! :(
