Hi,
Does anyone have, or know where to get, a recipe for meat stuffed rigatoni?
When I was younger, I recall seeing a friend's mother sitting by the kitchen table with a meat mixture in one bowl, and al dente rigatoni in another. She would stuff the meat mixture into each rigatoni by hand. After the rigatoni was stuffed, she would line up them up in a baking dish with tomato sauce spread on the bottom. I never saw or had the finished version of this recipe, but I presumed that the stuffed rigatoni were covered with tomato sauce & cheese and baked in the oven.
Has anyone every heard of this?
