Bacon on a cheeseburger is my favorite. You might try another favorite of mine, The 3 Egg Meat & Cheese Omelette.

It's very easy and tasty too. You can experiment with different ingredients.


Heat frying pan to '5' temperature.

Cook your bacon, and sausage (if desired).

Mix 3 eggs and stir thoroughly.

After you cook the meat, drain grease from the pan and then pour egg mixture into frying pan.

Cook for 2 minutes or until bottom of omelette has set up.

Add Bacon, Sausage and Cheese!!!

Fold The Omelette in Half and turn down heat to '3'.

Continue cooking until firm.

This makes a great breakfast treat. :)
