I was recently at my local Asian market and the owner recommended, because I have a gluten intolerance, that I buy some tofu noodles. I bought the noodles, but I don't have much experiance with tofu, and now they are just sitting in my fridge, staring at me when I open the door.

Any suggestions, recipies?

Thanks.

I tried eating tofu once and I spit it out! To me, it tasted and felt like I had a mouthful of fat!!

Tofu is great if its cooked properly, if you over cook it does just feel like fat. It doesnt really taste of anything though, only what you put with it. As for the noodles, just use them like any other noodles. I am guessing they are fresh, so jsut add them to a stir fry or something. experiment :)
