Sly Lemon Pie
1 quart plain vanilla ice cream softened
6 ounces frozen lemonade thawed
1 - 9 inch pie crust or graham cracker pie crust
1 lemon for garnish
Whip cream for garnish
Combine softened ice cream and the thawed lemondae and mix well. Can use blender or processor to blend.
Pour into the pie shell and freeze until firm, about one-and-one-half hours.
Remove pie from freezer and let stand about 10 minutes before serving.
Garnish the frozen pie with lemon halves or lemon twists. Place a dollop of whip cream on each slice of pie.
This is really good on a very hot and humid summer day.
