My name is Tracy. I'm a born and raised Oregonian.
I have loved cooking since I was quite little.
When I was 15 I met my cooking mentors Vicki and Larry, who took me under their wings and taught me how to work in a kitchen (and how to have a ton of fun doing it). I worked with them in a catering company, a restaurant they owned, and we also contracted with some different camps during the summers. I worked with them for 7 years before I branched off on my own.
At this time, I don't work in the food industry, but LOVE to cook.
