HattoriHanzo, I deleted your post because you posted the recipe in the wrong forum.
You DO know this, of course. That we expect you to post them where they belong.

I decided though, to let his recipes stay.
He was suspended before for 2 weeks, was reinstated, and it wasn't even quite 2 weeks before he started acting up again, so I banned him permenantly, now he's gonzo forever.

Memo, don't piss off the big guy.
Any explanation about what the infraction was?
I always get a bit nervous, since I sometimes let my real feelings show on these boards.
Got me an infraction elsewhere where cooking is discussed in happy voices only......

I am wondering about that too Kimchee ?
To quote the banner at the top of the web page which is of interest :
CookingForums is a forum dedicated to the wonderful world of cooking. Covering everything from baking, health & nutrition, tips & techinques, and celebrity chefs. It's targeted not only to industry professionals, but to anyone and everyone who enjoys cooking.
Yet in my short time on this forum I have noted that NO industry professionals post on this sight and the majority of contributors are spammers ? Am I mistaken ?
With the consequence that most of the posts are at best, pathetic attempts to either create a thread or espouse some inane comment on a regular thread with the main aim to promote their website of choice. And it appears that over 90% are non food related. I'm talking such sites as "wooden food", sinks, Insurance, commercial food and equipment sites etc.
No wonder you get frustrated Kimchee :)

No need to worry. I won't disipline or ban anyone who doesn't give me a reason to.
The infraction was just a warning for him - sort of like a warning that you would get at your job for breaking a work rule there.
It would have ended in October, but HattoriHanzo had gotten out of control. He was personally attacking CreekCorner and was suspended and when allowed back and in just short of 2 weeks, he reverted right back to his old ways and started right back personally attacking CreekCorner AND myself as well. Well, I reverted him right back to beiing banned for good this time.
I had no other choice BUT to ban him. I also became increasingly tired of having to again moderate some of his posts.

I just reinstated his recipe, since some of you gave the indication that you'd like to try it.
But I'm moving the thread to the Veggie Dishes forum.
It was in the wrong forum, to which I've told HattoriHanzo, but he chose to snap at me and then start personally attacking me and making smirky remarks.
That is when I decided that I've really had enough of him and banned him.

Vegetable Rolls
You can freeze these rolls,
defrost and fry before serving.
8 filo pastries
1 cup grated carrots
¾ cup grated onions
1 cup thin cabbage strips
1 ¼ cups vegetable oil
¼ tspn salt
----------------------------------------
Spread filo pastries, cut each in
half in order to get 16 peices.
Fry all ingredients in ¼ cup of oil
for 5 minutes over low heat. Stir.
Remove and put aside.
Put some vegetable mixture on
the smooth side of each filo.
Fold sides and roll neatly. Fry in
hot oil over medium heat till
golden-brown.
Serve hot.
They look pretty good. Could you use spring roll wrappers in place of the filo pastry?
Reposting this recipe for anyone who wants to try it.
Wiped banned user off forum.
