8-10 boneless breasts
1 lb bacon
1 can mushroom soup
8 ounces of soft cream cheese
16 ounces of sour cream
1 little jar of dried beef
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons of olive oil
Coat a large baking dish with the oil.
Arrange beef slices on bottom.
Wrap the breasts in bacon and place on top of the beef.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Mix together the soup, cream cheese, sour cream and garlic, then pour it over the chicken.
Cover the dish with foil and bake it for 2 hours at 350.
Uncover and broil for a few minutes until browned.
