Does anyone have any tips on making crepes? I have never made them before and would like to try..

Well the batter as I am sure you have surmized is much thinner than pancake batter. I like to use a small 6" pan for crepes, only about 1/8 cup per pan maybe a bit more. as they are very thin. get the pan hot, pour the batter in and quickly swirl it around the pan. it cooks very quickly and will brown nicely on the first side. then flip it for a few seconds to make sure it is done on that side and then out of the pan and onto a plate. I like to use waxed paper between them and stack them up and put them in a baggie and into the fridge. they keep for quite a while.

I have tried a few times, but no success... I think that I must be missing a simple piece of info, because the kid down at the mall makes it look so easy.
