Veggie Baskets

I made these for friends at the weekend. We were supposed to be having a BBQ, but as usual it rained! I found some filo pastry in the freezer & made some baskets then stir fried the veggies to fill them up!

Hi, thanks guys,
It was an unusual idea, but I wanted to use the veggies I intended to BBQ (drat English weather!) It made a good talking point at the table!
BDH I used filo as it was already on hand, but I don't see why it wouldn't work with regular pastry:)
