Very small dice, but not quite mince 1/2 of a tomato.
Beat 1 small goat cheese package with a 1 to amount of heavy cream, until it becomes more homogeneous. Mix in oregano and garlic to taste
With a peeler, make cucumber strips avoiding the seedy parts as much as possible.
Spread a small amount of the goat cheese on the cucumber strips, sprinkle the tomato on top of that and role them.
