You can choose your favorite way to make brownies. I chose to make them from the box.
while they are cooling;
Slice strawberries
beat one cup of room temp cream cheese, mix in 1/4 cup confectioner's sugar, 1 tsp vanilla and 2 tbs Sherry untill smooth and homogeneous. Set aside
Whip 1 cup of cream until it reaches medium peaks.
fold the cream cheese and whipped cream together
ASSRMBLE :D how ever you like. I had a brownie square, strawberries and then the whipped topping, but it would also be nice sandwiched together. You can even cut the brownie into thirds and make a layered brownie cake.
