Beer Can Roasted / BBQ Pit Chicken.

I tried this beer can chicken last night, and it's fantastic!! Really weird idea, you get a whole roaster chicken and shove an open can of beer up it's butt, then roast it. It retains its moisture beautifully, tastes amazing, and is all-around fantastic. Looks really great standing up too!!
