Hey everyone!!! had to share this mango salad recipe with everyone!! Let me know if you have any questions. I like to use a red leaf lettuce, but your choice. Also, you can use fresh fruit, I just used freeze dried food (http://www.freezedriedfood.net) because it was available and I was in a good mood! If you use fresh fruit obviously use a bit less than what this recommends. I liked the freeze dried stuff because it almost acts as a crouton.
Mango Salad
3 cups lettuce
1/2 cup freeze dried mango's
1/4 cup honey roasted almonds
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons raspberry vinaigrette dressing
