Slow cooker/Pressure cooker

I'm a bit confused here. Is slow cooking the same as pressure cooking?

No. They are direct opposites. Pressure cooking cooks fast.

Yeah, both methods are very good, depending on how how time that you have to make dinner.

All in all, nothing beats out patiently cooking your meats as it ads an immense amount of flavor. While pressure cooking does produce great results, i would only recommend using it over the slow cooker if you are crunched for time.
