1/2-1 stick of butter
1/4t Oregano
1/4t Parsley
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup parmersan or mozzarella
1/2t garlic salt
1/2t onion salt or powder
4-6 chicken breasts,cut into halves or pound thin
1-4 slices of white cheese,cut into strips (I used gouda)
Melt butter then add oregano & parsley. Set aside. In a bowl mix the bread crumbs,cheese,garlic salt & onion salt all together.Set aside.
Clean chicken, wash & pat dry. Place face down and spread with a layer of the butter mix. Add strip(s) of cheese & roll tightly securing with toothpick.
Place the rolled chicken breast in the butter mix & coat well with the butter. Then roll it in the bread crumb mix. Bake @ 425F for 30min.
I have fun with this recipe...there's not much to tweak just add more chicken rolls stuffed with EXTRA cheese :p ENJOY!!!
