Haha Chowhound, this is a cooking casting competition not a fishing casting competition. There are 4 different categories that you can enter – Side Dish, Dessert, Entrée, and Appetizer.

Do you have a cream cheese dish that you might enter?

No, I've used cream cheese in dishes, but nothing I would call "my own" and nothing I would travel to Philly for... or change into a woman for... lol
As a matter of fact, I had a big piece of pie today made with mostly cream cheese.

And here I thought that ol Georgia girl was going to have a casting contest. She's probably more into frog gigging anyway ;^)
