Probably my favorite food of all time. *** Fried Chicken***
I have tried all of the big names like KFC, Mr. Chicken, Popeye’s, etc. And while they are all pretty good, nothing beats homemade fried chicken.
I made this video around Christmas time of 2009.
As you’ll see in the video, all you need is (2) Chicken Breasts, (1) egg, (1-2) cups of flour, your favorite seasoning, and frying oil.
This ended up costing about 1.50$ per plate (including vegetables and rice).
