I made my mom’s famous waffle recipe a few days ago, it was good as usual. It never fails. Here is the recipe and a picture.
Waffles
sift together
3 cups all purpose flour
8 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
combine
4 eggs beaten
3 cups milk
½ cup oil
Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Beat only until smooth. Heat waffle iron as directed by manufacture. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron. Bake until the waffle stops steaming. Makes enough waffles for 3-4 hungry adults.
