I just added this convenience dessert recipe to my online collection at Recipe River yesterday and thought I'd share it here too.
1 pkg (3-3/4 oz.) chocolate pudding (the kind you have to cook)
2 cups milk
1 2-layer cake size chocolate cake mix
2 eggs
1 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Make the pudding with the milk according to package directions. While it cools a little, mix the eggs into the cake mix. This will be crumbly. Then blend the pudding into the cake mix followed by the chocolate chips.
Pour batter into a greased and floured bundt pan and bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes. Do not over bake but make sure cake springs back when touched by your finger.
Cake does not require frosting. It's really gooey and good.
