Can you help rescue this prawn dish?

It fell on the floor.. I'm joking: the news much worse than that! The disaster is that I made it!! :(

I baked smoked trout parcels that are filled with ricotta, prawns and orange pieces. It's not the worste mistake I have ever made, but its not that good either. Here's your chance to demonstrate your cooking wisdom :)

1. Which herbs or spices do you suggest I add to the mix?

2. What kind of a sauce would you serve with it?

Your advice would be much appreciated.

Spinach is always good with Ricotta, and mint goes nciely with orange, but to be honest i cant quite imagine what this dish would taste like so I am a bit stumped.
I am also thinking maybe some dill...
but as for a sauce, i have no idea. I would probably just make a little tomato relish or something like that and spoon it on the top.
