PORK CHOPS WITH HONEY MUSTARD SAUCE
6 pork loin chops
1 tbsp. oil
3 tsp. finely chopped ginger root
½ tbsp. soy sauce
½ cup orange juice
3 tbsps. honey (or more)
2 tbsps. Dijon mustard
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Put oil in skillet over medium heat. Brown chops 3-5 minutes per side. Combine remaining ingredients pour over chops. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 10-12 minutes.
