what do you normally grease your pans with?

I usually use olive oil. Just curious what others are using?

I am old fashioned, butter, and lots of it. If I am baking, then a light dusting of flour so it doesn't stick...

BUTTER! I agree wid Nochy Buena! BUTTER is the only proper greaser! None of this crappy Healthy stuff like canola or olive or whutever.

When I do bake it is either shortening, or olive oil
