Those meatballs sound very good, Hanzo. I just picked up some ground pork, too. I think I'll look for the veal and pecorino (if I can find it) and give them a go.

Thanks Chowhound. If you can't find Pecorino, Parmesan is just as good.Veal could be easily substituted for lean Beef mince. Hope you enjoy it :)

That's about right Lee. It's about 1-1/2 oz. more than a pound.

500g is a generous pound (1.1 lb).A metric cup is 250ml. Where I come unstuck occasionally with ingredients, is pints and quarts. Strangely I still equate car mileage in miles per gallon.. I guess old habits die hard! :)
