This is a quick pie I made for a dinner gathering and it was GREAT so I thought I would share it ;).
1 pckg. (8oz.) cream cheese,softened
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup sour cream
1t vanilla extract
1 pckg. (10oz.) frozen strawberries in syrup,thawed
1 Keebler Ready crust
In large bowl beat cream cheese & sugar on medium speed of electric mixer until fluffy. Beat n sour cream & vanilla.
Cut any large strawberries. Fold undrained berries into cream cheese mixure. Spread in crust. Freeze @ least 3hrs. or until firm.
Let stand @ room temp. for 15min. before cutting. Garnish as desired. Store in freezer.
