Ingredients:
1 pound salted cod fish
2 large potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 large onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp seafood seasoning
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup olive oil for frying
ground black pepper to taste
Directions:
Put the cod into a bowl of cold water, cover, and refrigerate for about 8 hours. The water will need to be changed out about every 2 hours or so. After 8 hours, rinse the fish off and cut into 3-inch sections. Put the cod and the potatoes into a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Reduce to a medium-low heat, cover, simmer until the potatoes are tender and the fish flakes with a fork. Drain the water and allow it to cook for 10 minutes. Transfer the cod and potatoes into a mixing bowl and season with seafood seasoning, parsley, and pepper. Mash with a potato masher, then stir in the eggs and onion until thoroughly mixed. Roll into the shape of golf balls, then roll in flour. Press them between your palms to flatten. Heat the olive oil in a skillet at a medium-high heat. Cook the cod until golden brown and crispy on each side. Drain the excess grease from the cakes using paper towels.

500g potatoes (such as pontiac or desiree), peeled
440g can red salmon
1 small onion, peeled, grated
2 celery sticks, finely chopped
1 tbs chopped fresh dill
1 tsp grated lemon rind
20ml (1 tbs) lemon juice
2 eggs, lightly beaten
40ml (2 tbs) milk
1/2 cup plain flour
2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
Sunflower (or similar) oil, to fry
Mayonnaise, to serve
Method
Cut the potatoes into rough chunks. Boil or steam until tender, then mash until smooth. Transfer to a large bowl to cool.
Drain the salmon and remove any bones. Add to the potatoes with the onion, celery, dill and lemon rind and juice. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well together, then use your hands to form into 8 patties. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Beat together the eggs and milk in a bowl. Place flour and breadcrumbs in separate bowls. Dip each patty in the flour, then in the egg mixture and lastly in the breadcrumbs. Heat the oil in a heavy-based saucepan over medium-high heat. Add patties (in batches) and fry both sides until golden brown. Serve with a dollop of mayonnaise and the cucumber salad

I would think that it is illeagal to post a recipe without the consultation to the original owner and then saying that it belongs to the member.
It could cause the original owner to want to file a lawsuit.
