I've only made Chicken and Dumplings twice, both times with homemade noodle squares.

I've always wanted to try the Bisquick-type dumplings, and this recipe looks easy enough for me to try. And to love!

I saw a recipe on TLC earlier, its a poach chicken, and rice that is cooked in chicken stock, and place a pandan leaf, its look very tasty, the chicken look aso tender, and top with chili paste, and soy sauce, i will try that one tomorrow, so my wife can try it, because its her day off tomorrow.
