Ingredients
1/2 c. uncooked macaroni
1 can of chickpeas, drained and mashed with a fork
1 c. Nayonaise or other eggless mayonnaise
1 small onion, chopped
2 stalks of celery, chopped
onion salt to taste
pinch of dill seed
1 T. margarine for the cooked macaroni
Procedure
Boil the macaroni, and meanwhile mix the chickpeas and other
ingredients in a bowl. Drain the cooked macaroni and add
margarine. Add the chickpea mixture to the macaroni and mix it
all together, adding a little water from moisture. Serve as
is (slightly warm) or refrigerate. This preparation works well
as a main dish, side dish, or sandwich ingredient.
Serves 4-6.

This sounds delicious, k!

I would have to slice some black olives, and maybe cherry tomato halves in there, as well!

Love chickpeas!

You've just killed it with the olives!

LOL! Sherm, we know, we KNOW you don't like olives!

Can I make you a Dirty Martini? :-)

Sorry to keep saying it, but I detest them.

Make me one without them, please.

The recipe is quite good and flawliss. I will soon try it in couple of days but i would like add some suggestions inorder to make it very tasty. One add coconut crush and unripe mango in it, which will give a naughty taste.
