That looks pretty neat, Mrs. W!

Thanks for the recipe. I'm going to scale it down and make this one. I never would have figured the brown sugar.

I picked up some hamburger rolls already :^) And some more tomatoes. I'm not a big fan of relish though, so might just dice up a sweet pickle.

Good stuff Mrs W. Thanks again for the recipe.
I held to it pretty close, downsizing it some, using turbinado sugar in place of brown and dicing a medium tomato rather than opening a large can of diced tomatoes.
The bread doesn't toast, but it did cook, or crisp up some. Kinda like a diner when they put the burger on the bun and then put it back on the griddle under a lid for a little bit. Just perfect. I sprayed the meatloaf pan I used with cooking spray and they cut apart and lifted out just fine. I'll be making this again.

Your very welcome CH,glad you liked it ;)....Ha and that was exactly what I was asking in the other thread :P.

And, I was thinking the same thing about the can of diced tomatoes, it won't make it as saucy, which is a good thing for me. But again CH it looks great! Kudos!!

Thank you.
It was saucy enough with the ketchup. Plus I left the seeds and guts in the tomatoes.

Dag, that looks good, Chow!!

I might try that this week, uswing the leftover fries! I'll let them crisp up in the oven first.

Thanks Sherm. And it would certainly be a good use for leftover freshmade fries.
