Ok guys & gals;
What type of food are you planning to have for Superbowl Sunday?
1. Hot Entrees?
2. Deli Platters?
3. Finger foods like Buffalo Wings?
4. Fruit & Cheese Platters?
5. Veggie Platters with a dip?
6. Hot Subs, either Philly Steak & Cheese or Sausage?
The possibilities are endless!
Just a few thoughts on what one might want to have. :)

I always fix snack type foods, like some of your choices.
Cheese, pepperoni and crackers nuked. Dip and nacho chips (Barb's chipotle bacon dip this SB). Maybe some cold veggies and blue cheese dip. I've got eight ABTs from a couple weeks ago that I'll warm up in the oven. A plate of Ritz crackers topped with cheddar, onion and a decadent amount of salt & pepper (great with beer). Nothing that takes me away from the pregame or the game or that requires any thought. Just me and the game. Just the way I like the last football game of the season.

Normal Sunday dinner with no fan fair. We're not football fans, so will probably DVR it just to go back and check out the commercials.
Rooting for the Saints here so I'm gonna make some creole fried chicken fingers, dirty rice, biscuits and a veggie tray. Haven't decided on dessert yet...maybe some miniature pecan pies.

Yep, I'm rooting for the Saints, too.
So I'm going to eat a horse.

Something tells me it would be like venison, very lean and have its own taste, but I'll never know either.
You can add smoked oysters to my food list, too. I love smoked oysters on Ritz and just picked up a tin.

Ditto on that one!
Lamb leg, beef, pork, veal & poultry are what I eat, that's it!

Since I will be alone I will probably make some Salsa Nacho Cheese Sauce, maybe a few wings, and a tad bit of dip. Maybe even a Tortilla pizza.
