Ultimate Fondue
1 c. Velveeta, cubed
1 c. Swiss cheese, cut into small pieces
1 can Cream of shrimp soup
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. cayenne
1/2 tsp. paprika
lobster, crab, shrimp, or imitation crabmeat
Sourdough bread bowl
Combine everything except seafood in saucepan and heat over low heat until melted, stirring occasionally. When melted, stir in seafood. Garnish with red bell pepper. Serve in a sourdough bread bowl. Use bread pieces from making the bowl to dip in.
I hollow out the bread, cut up the pieces and put in oven at 375 for about 10 minutes to crisp the inside before putting in the mixture.

lol, I already took some pork loins out.
So you know what that means ;^)
I figured I'd have to do some searching around for smaller bread bowls like that and I know the town store only has the big, round loaves. Like for party size spinach dip.

Ole Blues recipe?? Smoking? lol
They only have the smaller ones here at GE. They've got the bigger ones in pumpernickel. Someday I'm going to make my own.

I'll have to look for that bread next time I go into my GE. Thanks. I thought maybe you made it in a smaller loaf like that.
I do one thing and one thing only with sliced pork loins...
And life has handed me a lemon a few days ago. Translated; I bought a lemon to use with the shrooms I knew I'd have leftover after my steak dinner the other night.... Pork Picatta!!! :)
