2T Ketchup
2T minced onion
4tsp lemon juice
2T capers (with juice)
1 - 16oz. package of Louis Kemp Crab Flake Style
8 buttered & toasted hoagie rolls (or bolillos)
2 cups shredded iceberg lettuce
16 tomato slices
4 hardboiled eggs,slice
1/2 cup slice black olives (optional)

Mix together first 4 ingredients then gently toss crab flakes. Dividing evenly, layer each roll with the last 4 ingredients. Then top with crab mixture.

Thank you Mrs. W. I have some canned crab in the fridge. This may be on the menu this weekend.

Your very welcome. Please let me know what you think about it...I was suprised by the taste that came from mixing those ingredients it was yummy so I'm thinking I might have to try it with shrimp too ;)
