I tend not to drink much milk since I am not big on the taste. I know need more calcium, however calcium supplements are not my thing. I try to eat cheese fairly often however I am quite certain I don't get enough calcium.
Which vegtables are high in calcium (relatively speaking). What about seeds?
Occassionally I will have some almonds as I know they are fairly high in calcium..
Any suggestions for foods, meals or recipes that are high in calcium (no cereal please it is not my thing either)
Thanks
:)

Eat some anchovies. Those are supposed to be super high in calcium. Also, guava juice has a lot in there too.

I switched to orange juice with calcium added. As a senior it pays to get more calcium in my diet.

Sesame seeds, dried figs, seaweed, parsley, watercress, radishes and natural yogurt. Low fat yogurts contain more calcium. Yogurt also has traces of vitamin D which is essential for our body to absorb calcium.

Calcium (pronounced /ˈkælsiəm/, KAL-see-əm) is the chemical element with the symbol Ca and atomic number 20. It has an atomic mass of 40.078 amu. Calcium is a soft Grey alkaline earth metal, and is the fifth most abundant element by mass in the Earth's crust. Calcium is also the fifth most abundant dissolved ion in seawater by both molarity and mass, after sodium, chloride, magnesium, and sulfate.[1]
Calcium is essential for living organisms, particularly in cell physiology, where movement of the calcium ion Ca2+ into and out of the cytoplasm functions as a signal for many cellular processes. As a major material used in mineralization of bones and shells, calcium is the most abundant metal by mass in many animals.
