Ok guys;

Tyler told me that it's ok to post a sig reguardless of how many posts that you have.

As long as it doesn't contain links to solicitations, or to questionable or inappropriate websites like those featuring such items for sale as sex toys, cell phones, coats, clothing, hats, shoes, handbags, etc..

These are all non-food-related items and are considered very much to be off topic inappropriate behavior, and they will not be allowed. In other words, it can only be food-related.

Anything else, we will ask you to not post it. :cool:

Thank you for your concerns.

Solicitations and affiliate links, etc. are fine. That's the point of a signature - it's the ONE place we allow people to advertiser their own stuff.

However, we don't allow adult or gambling-related content. Your signature does not have to be food-related... sorry for the confusion guys, I just wasn't very clear on this before.

However, just because we are very liberal in what can be put in signatures doesn't mean that post content can be spammy or non-contributive :-)

Tyler;

What if a new member signs up and his very first post is a link to a website selling automobiles? That just happened and I deleted his post. Should I have left it alone? It wasn't his sig, he just decided to put it in his post.

I mean, who would come HERE to want to buy a car online, when there are dozens of websites out there that they can go to to inquire about that?

Looks like he's on a deterimation to possibly get his post count up by post-count gorging. It seems to always be some of the new members who are problematic.

I am a very huge fan Bentley Green. He is a young and energetic kid who loves to rap. He is An attractive outgoing child, Bentley was two years old when he started rapping. His passion for the art and his love for the beat makes it seems as if God designed him to entertain the world. At the young age of 8, he achieved more than the average 8yr old. This young artist is full of versatility, talent and determination.

Classic example !!

I think he was commenting on my sig, Pappa.

Bentley IS a very agile and energetic young man! I like him also.

Just like Daylon Trotman, who is also 8 years old now! He also burns off a lot of energy also, by dancing for the Boston Celtics fans at the games.

He LOVES to dance!!

I just banned him.

I tried to find a way around that to remove the link in his sig without banning him, but I just couldn't, so I had to ban him. He's gonzo now.
