I recently bought a gas grill with a rotissere(sp?) and I would like to try a Boston Butt on the spit,but I have a lot of questions about doing it.
Do I need to tie the meat together?
What would be a good rub to use?
Should I consider injecting the meat instead of a rub?
I would appreciate any and all suggestions.
