I love my pressure cooker...
A few days ago i cooked meat and potatoes using a pot roast cut into cubes.
That was amazing.

I wouldn't say I love my pressure cooker... but it's nice.
Here's my "meat and potatoes"; Grill seared then pressure cooked country ribs on top of some veggies.

Thanks Big D. This is the only way I cook country style ribs anymore. You'd think they were cooked for hours.
