We've been getting a mountain of Post Count Gouging, or Post-Count Gorging from some of the new members, as of late, who have recently signed up here just to boost up their post count level in order to be able to post a signature, it seems. In labor terms, other forums would call this being a post-count whore.
And even THEN, the sig is a link to a worthless & useless website or blog with nothing constructive to offer!
This practice has included but is not limited to constant multiple non-stop posting about blogs, websites, solicitations and whatever else have you. Also, generalizing, cheap sensationalism and making blanket statments.
It is not fair to the members who are obiding by the rules faithfully. This is usually being done by seriously chronic spammers who insist on posting spamming material in order to try to get there post counts higher.
I've had to ban several new members for this unfair practice.
Therefore, and to ALL new members, please be advised that anyone who engages in this type of unfair and unruly practice or behavior, your posts or threads will be swiftly edited or deleted. Further abuse of this type will result in a swift suspension or a permenant ban from the forum.
