Dinner time in our household can sometimes turn into a fiasco, and finding time to spend with family seems to get harder and harder.
A good trick (recommended by a umg coworker) is we try is "Dinner and A Movie Night" Where we try and pair the meal with the movie. Recently we tried a red wine reduction with shallots and garlic on steak and Pope John Paul the second, the new biopic starring John Voight as the pope. I'm not much one for biopics but the performance, writing and execution are great. If your interested. johnpaul2movie.com. Let me know what you guys think and show me your own parings.
