Okay, here's my latest new recipe to try. I got this recipe for chicken parm from Bobby Flay/Food Network. It got five stars from satisfied customers, but I was hoping y'all would look at it for me. :D

Here's the deal. I expected there to be more seasonings. Have any of you made chicken parm and have a recipe you could compare this one to? The directions for the sauce are a little further down on the page. It just looks so simple. I was thinking it would be more like homemade spaghetti sauce where you're using most of the spices in your cupboard. :)
