I thought I'd post this recipe here too so it's really in the right forum.
I use the recipe on the back of Knorr Vegetable Soup mix. lol
l pkg. frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1-1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
3 green onions, minced
1 can water chestnuts
Mix all together and refrigerate for at least a few hours. Use with pumpernickel bread. Hawaiian bread is also good with this.
I personally don't add the water chestnuts in mine.
