Raclette Grill Recipes

I just bought a raclette grill. Actually I didn't even realise exactly what it was until I brought it home. I was just looking for a grill and Aldi had them quite cheap.

Does anyone have any good recipes for raclette?

Jenyfari what kind did you get? can you pick a model and let us know which one it was as some recipes might vary Here is a list of that type of grill, maybe you can find it here. they seem to have several models

I bought it from an Aldi store so it was only cheap. The brand is Mezzo. It looks very much like the one on this page.
