I have recently discovered that I may have an allergy to soy products. Since then I have been trying to avoid everything with soy in it. I have come to realize that is a really difficult thing to do! Soy of some form is put into almost everything. The most prominent item seems to be soy soy lecithin, or soy bean oil.

Does anyone have any tips, websites, or anything that would be helpful for avoiding soy?

thanks

:)

Have you gotten tested for it? I would think the first step would be to get tested for it and then the doctor could give you a foundation to build on with what you can and can't eat.

You can get unprocessed foods instead of processed foods you are using currently. Almost most of raw foods does not contain soya.

that would definatly be the way to go. I decide once (way back in highschool) that i was "moraly opposed to soy" and did my best to avoid it, I found out durringthe course of the next several weeks thats its in everthing. i was not suprised too learn that beansprouts, tofu, and edeme are also soy.
i wish you luck.
