Those look great. Are they a breakfast type muffin or like a dessert?

They're a dessert. They're made in mini muffin tins, one bite sugar rush!! LOL

Thanks.
I need to find something simple I can bake once a week or so for breakfast. Something on the order of those pecan swirls you see in convenience stores, like 12 for a buck.

Obviously you're not looking for a "healthy" muffin or such. lol

I think those pecan swirls would involve yeast dough, if I'm thinking of the same thing. Let me go through some of my recipes. You may be able to make something using refrigerated biscuits and embellishing them??

Muffins are fine, but no, I'm not looking for anything that needs to be healthy. And something not quite as messy looking as Joe's sticky buns. Something I can eat with one hand and steer with the other (lol).

That looks good! I think I'll try that soon.

Since this thread has started out as a recipe, even though it involves baking, I'm moving it to the Recipes section.

Sorry for the inconvenience.
