Well this is a personal recipe, which I did when I was sailing onboard naval vessels.

By cutting cubes of meat and marinate with simple oyster sauce and pepper.
The marinate can be replace with BBQ depending on individual tastes.
The main thing is that instead of using flour and or bread crumbs, I used crumbs of cream crackers. Those square cream crackers that was usually eaten with coffee is terrific deep fry supplement for flour. It brings out a aromic flavour.
