I want to share this recipe with everyone, also let me know what you think. It's a good recipe I camne up with.

This breading is also great for drumsticks, wings, thighs and breasts. Using only self-rising flour is the key to this chicken turning out great.

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
3 eggs
3 Tbsp hot sauce
2 Cups Self-Rising Flour
1 Pinch Of Salt
1 Tbsp black pepper
2 Tbsp Onion Powder
1 Tbsp Cayenne Pepper
4 Cups Of Cooking Oil

Cut the chicken breasts into bite size pieces and set aside.

In a plastic container crack in your eggs and add the hot sauce, whisk until combined.

Add your cut up chicken into the egg mixture and set aside.

In a medium bowl add your 2 cups of flour, salt, pepper, onion powder and cayenne pepper, mix well until combined.

Drop in the chicken egg mixture into your flour and shake and coat the chicken very well and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Make sure your oil is at 350-375

Drop in your chicken and cook for 3 - 5 minutes until your chicken is crispy and golden brown. Drain the grease and serve.

Yields: 4

This sounds great to me!

My regular supermarket carries everything in the world BUT self-rising flour! I'll have to look around - I'd like to try this.
