Who has a Stuffing Cage?

I've used this gadget quite a few times, and it truly does help eliminate the tedious Job of trying to get the stuffing out of the bird using a spoon!

Here's what it looks like and the box that it came in.

It's not big enough to hold all the stuffing I put in the bird.....lol

Yeah, it only comes in that one size. To accommodate up to a 14-pounder, I think.

My turkeys are all 20lb. or more........neat idea though.

Same here...usually 22-24# bird. Besides, it's a "single use item," which goes against Alton Brown's rule for kitchen items (fire extinguisher exempted).

I don't roast a bird that big, since it's only me and maybe a few people whom I invite over for dinner, so it works out well for me.
